Blue Cashel

Only made on Louis and Jane Grubb’s farm in the heart of Ireland. Cashel is a medium-flavoured creamy blue cheese, which is less salty than the majority of blues and can be compared to high quality blues such as St. Agur.

Food: Warm Walnut bread, fresh grapes, apples and pears
Wine: a mellow medium dry white wine or light and fruity wines
