Only made on Louis and Jane Grubb’s farm in the heart of Ireland. Cashel is a
medium-flavoured creamy blue cheese, which is less salty than the majority of
blues and can be compared to high quality blues such as St. Agur.

Warm Walnut bread, fresh grapes, apples and pears Wine: a mellow medium dry
white wine or light and fruity wines
