This fresh, delicate cheese has been likened to the clotted cream known in England as Devonshire. Presented in tamper-evident containers, it is creamy, yellowish-white in appearance, and very smooth and spreadable. It is a natural cream cheese, with no artificial ingredients, and is excellent with fruit.
